This policy explains what SportsParity, operated by Intelligensia LLC, collects, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect. Account information you provide (such as your email address), subscription and payment details processed by our payment provider, and usage data (such as pages viewed, features used, and device information) to operate and improve the service.

How we use it. To provide and secure the service, process subscriptions, send transactional messages and any alerts or updates you opt into, respond to support requests, and improve our product.

Service providers. We share data only with processors that help run the service: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell your personal data.

Email and alerts. If you opt into edge alerts, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any alert email or from your alerts settings. Transactional messages (such as account and billing notices) are necessary to provide the service.

Cookies. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the service. We do not use third party advertising cookies.

Data retention. We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Your choices. You can access, correct, or delete your account data, and opt out of non-essential email at any time. To request deletion, contact us at the address below.

Children. The service is intended for users 21 and older and is not directed to children.
