These terms govern your use of SportsParity, a data and analytics platform operated by Intelligensia LLC. By using the service you agree to them.

The service. SportsParity provides sports market data and analytics, including comparisons between prediction market prices and devigged sportsbook consensus. We are not a sportsbook or exchange and do not accept wagers or hold funds.

Accounts. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be of legal age in your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions. Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring basis and can be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current period. Prices are shown at checkout.

Acceptable use. Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute our data without permission, or use the service to violate any law.

No warranty. The service is provided as is. Data may be delayed or inaccurate. We are not liable for decisions made using it.
